MANGO is an alliance formed in Montgomeryshire by individuals affected by a wide range of neurological conditions, and groups representing them. By joining together we have found we have a stronger and more effective voice as we:

• share information with each other and raise awareness of neurological conditions
• look for ways to influence local service provision (health, social care, etc.) on issues relating to neurological conditions
• campaign for improved facilities and public services which help patients and carers cope better with the limitations caused by living with a medical condition

Montgomeryshire Survey of Services for People with Neurological Conditions
Please help MANGO to CAMPAIGN for better services by completing our questionnaire. We need the views and experiences of services (good and bad) from people with neurological conditions who live in Montgomeryshire. We will present your concerns in a number of ways during 2012 to those responsible for services.
